I am a heart centered, solution focused Energy Therapist.

I offer Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy, NLP and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)with Matrix Reimprinting (MR),Energy Healing (which utilises Quantum Touch, Reiki and Angelic Reiki modalities), Reflexology including maternity and fertility, Kinetic Shift, aromatherapy massage and Indian Head massage.

I run a 6 week program to combat Emotional Eating and also basic workshops to help you understand your energetic systems and how to look after them.

I am about to expand my offering to include Healing Energy Readings where we can look at a challenge or a block/ issue, see what energies are at play, clear and resolve where possible enabling you to move forward. Should the issues be larger then treatment plan which incorporates Energy Psychology techniques (EFT, MR and Kinetic Shift) would be put into place to help you move away from your old unhelpful way of being towards a new healthy way.

In addition I have been providing aromatherapy massage and Quantum Touch to adults with learning difficulties in my local area, as well as volunteering one day a week at a local hospice day centre offering various treatments.

EFT and MR are available via Skype. I can also run a tapping circle for you and your friends if you feel that a 1-2-1 session in EFT/MR is outside your budget. The areas covered can be from weight loss, stress free parenting to pain relief and self esteem.
