About Us

Martin is highly skilled in advanced massage and soft tissue techniques, including sports, remedial, deep tissue and relaxation therapies. His work goes beyond treating symptoms, drawing on an intuitive understanding of the body as an interconnected system. Alongside hands-on therapy, Martin integrates Nutrition and Health Coaching to help clients reduce chronic pain, restore energy and build habits that support long-term wellbeing. This integrated approach sits at the heart of Pure Body Fix®, where treatment becomes a pathway to a healthier, happier and more resilient life.
A Change in Direction

After many years of building a successful career in the armed forces and then the electronics industry, Martin decided to change direction after various health challenges that included a head injury, multiple injuries caused by a major road accident and resulted in osteoarthritis. Not wanting to live with chronic pain, he researched and came to understand his personal relationship with pain and learnt how to stop it dominating his life. Having discovered the healing potenital of remedial massage combined with Japanese Ki energy, he has undergone extensive training in many forms of massage, which has given him the ability to pass on what he has learnt about reducing everyday pain.

Holistic

Martin sees holistic living as something that's not just based on complementary and alternative therapies, but a far greater set of principles. During 2014 he hosted two successful Raw Food / Vegetarian pop-up restaurants to demonstrate the demand for healthy eating. Therefore living an holistic lifestyle includes the whole being and the environment in which we live.
