Brera Therapies, led by Dr Laura Brera (PhD), provides an experienced and grounded approach to therapeutic bodywork and energy healing, practicing from the Canonbury Natural Health Clinic in Islington. Moving to London from Italy in 2007, Laura has spent her career exploring the deep relationship between the moving body and the embodied mind. Her practice is built upon this unique intersection of professional dance experience, rigorous anatomical study, and advanced academic research into human recovery and wellness.

Laura’s approach to treatment is thorough, honest, and highly individual, focusing on meaningful care rather than generic relaxation. She specialises in supporting very active individuals, dancers, and athletes navigating muscle injuries, fatigue, and chronic tension, helping them restore mobility and balance. Additionally, Laura holds a dedicated qualification in oncology massage, allowing her to provide safe, gentle, and deeply supportive care tailored to the complex needs of cancer patients.

The practice offers a versatile range of treatments tailored to individual recovery goals. Services include targeted Deep Tissue Massage, Holistic/Therapeutic Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and Indian Head Massage. As a Reiki Master and Teacher, Laura also provides dedicated energy healing sessions, allowing clients to bridge physical recovery with deep mental clarity to better manage the stresses of everyday life. Laura is a CNHC registered therapist and a member of the CThA, committed to delivering authentic, high-quality care.
