Hi I'm Jen, a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor based in Beccles, Suffolk. I'm passionate about helping people to feel their best, and do more of what they love.

With a background in sports journalism, I’ve got extensive experience in the fitness and wellbeing industry and I'm also a 6-time Ironman triathlon finisher and World Championship qualifier. So I know just how important prioritising recovery and injury prevention is to perform at your best. Whether you're training for an event or just looking for someone to take care of those day-to-day aches and pains.
