What to Expect at Your First Thai Massage

New to Thai massage? Many first-time clients feel nervous about the stretching element. Don’t worry — our experienced therapists guide you gently throughout.

For authentic Thai treatments, we provide loose-fitting traditional clothing so you stay comfortable and modest. You lie on a soft mat or table while the therapist uses hands, forearms, and gentle body weight to release tension. Sessions are relaxing, never painful, and tailored to how your body feels that day.

For your first Traditional Thai Massage session, we provide comfortable, loose-fitting attire. For Oil or Deep Tissue treatments, you’ll be treated directly on the skin while professionally draped. You don’t need to bring anything special – just yourself!

We’re committed to inclusivity, so our 93 Upper Street location offers ground-floor treatment rooms for those with limited mobility. Please contact us in advance to reserve the most appropriate room for your needs.
