A treatment can include one or a combination of Craniosacral Therapy, process acupressure or massage.

Craniosacral therapy is a very gentle non- invasive manipulative technique that acts through the central nervous system, gently removing restrictions that can cause pain and problems in the body. As it is so gentle it is extremely benifical for problems with babies and children and recomended by many health care praticioners.

Process acupressure uses finger pressure to stimulate "acupoints" on the body's surface. Pressure on a specific combination of acupoints helps open amd balance energy pathways that have become restricted.
