About Us

My massage practice draws on swedish, deep tissue, remedial, sports, and pre- and post-natal techniques.

I have worked with people at many stages of life — from those experiencing everyday muscular tension, to individuals living with chronic health conditions, pregnancy support, end-of-life care, athletes recovering from training, gentle care for older bodies & palliative care.

Alongside my private practice in E14, I have more than 30 years of experience working within the NHS, supporting clients across Canary Wharf, Docklands, the Isle of Dogs, Poplar and Limehouse.
I currently also practice at St Josephs hospice E8

I am a professional member of both the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA) and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), an accredited register recognised by the Professional Standards Authority for Health & Social Care.

This means my work is trusted by the NHS and accepted by most private health insurance providers.
