I have been offering reflexology and healthy eating advice from my treatment room at home, and as a visiting therapist, since 2002. In 2014 I also became fully qualified as a Human Givens Psychotherapist and a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist.

Combining these new learnings with my reflexology practice has enhanced my treatments, but I also offer stand alone hypnosis sessions, and psychotherapy/counselling sessions. My areas of specialisation here are phobias, any kind of trauma, anxiety, stress, low self esteem, confidence issues, sleep problems, weight and eating issues, depression and post-natal depression. Usually phobias are dissolved within one session, as are traumas. Other presenting issues may need extra sessions, but I always aim to keep them to the minimum, so that you can feel better in the shortest time possible.

Reflexology is slightly different as although results can happen quite quickly, some people also use it as an on-going treatment for health and relaxation (maybe coming once every month or two) - many of my clients have been coming to me for 10 years or more.

I'm happy to come to your home if mobility is an issue. I have free parking where I live, and am well served by buses from Twickenham, Richmond and Kingston. Teddington station is less than 10 mins walk away.
