Tuina is one of the four branches of Chinese medicine and uses a holistic approach to treatments through deep tissue and therapeutic massage techniques.

Treatments utilize a combination of Yin and Yang techniques, Yin techniques are more nourishing and work by applying static pressure to acupuncture points were as yang techniques are generally stronger and more moving.
