My name is Omar and I am the founder of Pure Reset. I have been working in the soft tissue and massage therapy field since 2017, building over 8 years of hands-on experience in therapeutic bodywork and physical rehabilitation support.

Over the years, I have developed a versatile skill set across a wide range of techniques, including Sports Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, and Deep Tissue Massage, as well as more advanced methods such as Kinesiotaping, Cupping Therapy, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Chair Massage, and Dynamic Stretching.

My professional journey has taken me through clinics, wellness studios, office environments, and sports events, while also providing mobile massage services to ensure treatments are accessible and convenient wherever they are needed. I work with both athletes and private clients, always adapting each session to the individual’s specific condition, goals, and physical needs.

Since the beginning of my career, I have been committed to continuous learning. I regularly study and attend professional courses to stay updated with new protocols, modern techniques, and evolving approaches in the field of manual therapy and sports recovery. This ongoing education allows me to refine my practice and deliver treatments that are aligned with the latest standards in the industry.

My main focus is chronic pain management, muscle tension, knots, and injury recovery. I use musculoskeletal and pain-relief techniques to help improve mobility, reduce discomfort, and support overall physical performance and wellbeing.
