Sole and Body Work is based in Dysart, Kirkcaldy, and offers reflexology, Swedish Massage, and Myofascial Release Treatments. I am trained in reflexology for menopause and this is an area of particular interest for me. I am also interested in how stress, anxiety, and traumatic events impact the body.
