About Us

Equilibrium - Holistic Treatments for Women + Babies is a Massage and Reflexology Practice run by ITEC qualified practitioner Andrea Chishti.

I run my own practice - Equilibrium - Holistic Treatments for Women + Babies - offering holistic and sumptuous Holistic Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Reflexology Treatments to Women, and Baby Massage Classes for parents, grandparents and caregivers, from my peaceful and beautiful treatment room, situated in Abbots Langley (close to Watford and Hemel Hempstead).

As a therapist and a school teacher of many years, I have a passion for working with women and children to help them achieve their Equilibrium. In times of anguish, physical turmoil or just to be kind to oneself, receiving holistic therapies can make such a difference. So, if you are just looking for a nourishing and relaxing treatment or if you are dealing with a specific problem - be it pregnancy related, hormonal or just that life is throwing too much at you - why not see if a massage or reflexology treatment can help.

If you are a parent, grandparent or caregiver of a baby I would like to invite you to sign up to one of my Baby Massage Courses. Baby Massage is a wonderful way to learn gentle, healing touch, bond with your baby and try to alleviate many of the issues - like colic/teething/sleep related stresses - which are part and parcel of caring for a baby. It is a truly wonderful skill to learn.
