About Us

Equilibrium - Holistic Treatments for Women + Babies is a Massage and Reflexology Practice run by ITEC qualified practitioner Andrea Chishti.

I run my own practice - Equilibrium - Holistic Treatments for Women + Babies - offering sumptuous Holistic Massage for relaxation, balancing and well-being, including techniques like Gua Sha, Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage and Cupping, Hot Stone Massage, and Reflexology Treatments for Women (hormonal balancing, fertility, pregnancy, priming for labour, post natal), and Baby Massage Classes for parents, grandparents and caregivers, from my peaceful and beautiful treatment room, situated in Abbots Langley (close to Watford and Hemel Hempstead).

As a therapist and a school teacher of many years, I have a passion for working with women and children to help them achieve their Equilibrium. In times of anguish, physical turmoil and changes, or just to be kind to oneself, receiving holistic therapies can make such a difference. Baby Massage is a wonderful way to learn gentle, healing touch, bond with your baby and try to alleviate many of the issues - like colic/teething/sleep related stresses - which are part and parcel of caring for a baby. It is a truly wonderful skill to learn.
