About Us

Based in a private studio in North Worcester, I am a complementary therapist and Reiki Master dedicated to creating deeply restorative, bespoke care. My practice weaves together physical and energetic modalities, including aromatherapy, holistic, deep tissue, and hot/cold stone massage, alongside sound healing and breath work. To support your overall life balance and wellbeing, I also offer Ikigai life coaching and dedicated menopause coaching, both of which can stand alone or be seamlessly integrated into any of my bodywork treatments.

With a professional background as a former school senior pastoral leader and teacher, I bring a compassionate, grounded understanding to my work. I have extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults navigating stress, anxiety, and burnout, meeting every client with empathy and tailored support.

Beyond my studio practice, I am passionate about bringing wellbeing into the wider community. I work directly with schools, universities, care homes, and corporate spaces and host regular community sound baths across Worcester, including weekly Sunday sessions at Kyndfolk and monthly gatherings at Claines Church Institute, alongside private bookings for events and special celebrations.
