About Us

I am a London-based Holistic Massage Therapist; fully insured, ITEC trained & CThA registered. I take an intuitive, holistic approach to each & every person. I am quiet, kind, positive & come from a spiritual and artistic background, informed by a simultaneous healthcare role.

I am passionate about helping people find a quieter narrative in their lives, and supporting their mental wellness during or after burnout, illness, anxiety or nervousness, by creating a non-judgemental space where one doesn’t need to talk, but can feel grounded and safe. From my personal experiences, I learned that touch therapies, combined with calming daily routines, simple exercise & other restorative practices really helps us re-strengthen, soften & move towards calmness & inner stability.

I love using natural, organic products & like Neal’s Yard Remedies & Weleda products. I enjoy seeing the positive effects that massage therapy has on people and also how much that surprises and comforts them.
