About Us

I use Massage Therapy, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Yoga for my female clients, who are looking to restore their physical and emotional wellbeing. I absolutely love what I do and am both honoured and privileged to be invited to be part of each of my client's journey.

I am an experienced Massage Therapist, Reflexologist, Clinical Aromatherapist and Yoga Teacher. Alongside my years of experience, I have undertaken specific qualifications to support these client groups. I am an accredited Amethyst (cancer) Trust practitioner, an accredited Reproductive (fertility) reflexologist, an accredited Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD) Practitioner an Antenatal practitioner and a Yoga teacher with specialisms in pre and postnatal yoga, fertility yoga and restorative yoga.
