About Us

I founded “Wisdom-Ways� through my vision and passion for the Holistic Health and Healing Wisdom Traditions, and have been consulting and teaching for ten years. At the heart of my practice is to support and optimise wellbeing and health for clients, and assist people through various life passages and health issues.

I provide a holistic approach, and work to integrate mind, body and soul. I am fully trained and experienced in the areas of my practice in and have a decade of bodywork experience. I work with women's well-being and pregnancy as a key area within my practice; fertility, pregnancy, birth, post natal work, miscarriage and loss.
