Applied Pilates | The Sogunro Practice is a full STOTT PILATES apparatus studio in London Colney, St Albans, helping people since 2001.

We work with people who have back pain, sciatica, a prolapsed disc, stiffness, recurring injury or are recovering from surgery, and who want to keep doing the things they enjoy. Every client starts with a 1-to-1 Movement Assessment with founder Teejay Sogunro, a CNHC-registered sports therapist with STOTT PILATES Full Comprehensive and Rehabilitation certifications and 25 years of clinical practice.
