About Us

I am a trauma restoration practitioner supporting individuals on their journey towards greater aliveness, healing, and connection. I am a qualified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner and Systemic Constellations Facilitator, with more than twenty years of experience accompanying individuals, groups, and communities across different parts of the world.

As an immigrant and a woman of African heritage, my work is rooted in a deep commitment to human flourishing, dignity, belonging, and inner wellbeing. I am interested in what helps us restore our relationship with ourselves, with others, and with life itself.

The people who seek my support are often navigating loss, transition, trauma, or a profound sense of disconnection. Many carry experiences that continue to shape their lives beneath conscious awareness and are ready to engage in the gentle, courageous work of tending to what has been left unattended.

My approach is relational, intuitive, and deeply embodied. It draws from Somatic Experiencing®, Systemic Constellations, trauma-informed practice, and a range of contemplative and embodied approaches. Together, we create the conditions for greater regulation, resilience, and a renewed sense of connection, meaning, and possibility.
