I'm a certified therapist specializing in On-Site Chair Massage, Facial Reflexology, and Holistic and Sports Massage. I've got my certifications from 2023 to 2025. I also teach Pilates for all levels, using both mat work and apparatus. With 29 years of experience in ballet as a dancer, teacher, and coach, I'm known for my inclusive teaching techniques and great communication skills. I speak French and English fluently, and I know a bit of German. I'm available to travel to Brent, Acton, Maida Vale, North Kensington, Notting Hill, and Paddington for sessions.
