About Us

I am a certified therapist specializing in Pilates as well as holistic, sports, and deep-tissue massage. For over 18 years, I have taught Pilates at all levels, offering both private sessions and studio classes near Gloucester Road station. With 29 years of experience in the ballet world—as a dancer, teacher, and coach—I am known for my inclusive teaching style and excellent rapport with clients. I am fluent in French and English and have a working knowledge of German. I travel to provide sessions in the Brent, Acton, Maida Vale, North Kensington, Notting Hill, and Paddington areas.
