About Us

I am a freelance Tera Mai™ Reiki Massage therapist with over 22 years worth of experience.

My techniques include I.T.E.C Swedish massage for relaxation. Deep Tissue massage using the Gerry Pyves 'No Hands' training for muscle release. I have also completed many courses with Jing Advanced Massage school based in Brighton, to develop a more clinical approach to my work. I am also a member of the 'Massage in Schools Association' This is a programme for children and training for their teachers.
I have now introduced Tera Mai™ Reiki into my practice. This is a gentle yet powerful fusion of traditional massage and energy
healing. I work with your energy to dissolve tension, balance your chakras, and restore harmony to your body and mind. This isn’t just a massage—it’s a journey to deep relaxation, emotional clarity, and renewed vitality that works to settle your nervous system to create a full body reset. Ideal for: Stress relief, sleep insomnia, emotional balance, and overall well-being.

I do not offer a mobile service at the moment unless you have a massage table of your own.

I am now based in the Gloucestershire/Oxfordshire area.
