About Us

Somatic Coaching practitioner trained at the Strozzi Institute USA. I have spent more than twenty years as a dance artist and I continue my passion in movement and transformation in my work as a coach.

Somatic Coaching: Somatic approach which supports healing and transformation. Working through and with the body one comes into balance and alignment with your longings and dreams. There will be standing and sitting practices were we will turn our attention to the life of the body and what it wants to communicate. The emphasis is on building resilience and embodying more of yourself. By tapping into the wisdom of the body we are able to navigate our life with joy and intuition.

I have experienced how life changing somatic coaching can be opening up a greater capacity to be with joy and a greater emotional range, through my own work with my coach. This lead me to wanting to share this potential with others.

My way of working offers an empathic safe space for exploration. I believe in my clients ability to navigate their own lives , I am there to be a fellow traveller along the way offering reflection and time to slow down to feel more of your life energy.
