I can help with: anxiety, creative blocks, building healthy relationships, trauma, exploring spirituality , low self confidence.

I am a certified Somatic coach trained at the Strozzi Institute USA and Somatic Experiencing Trauma Therapist trainee in my Advanced year. I have over twenty years' experience in performing and teaching, which gave me a wonderful preparation for working with people therapeutically. My passion for movement and transformation is being channelled into my work as a Somatic Therapist.

Somatic Coaching is a holistic coaching approach which supports a deep connection with the body's intelligence and capacity to heal and transform.

Somatic Experiencing is a naturalistic pioneering body based approach to overcoming stress and challenging life experiences. By practicing slowing down and getting in touch with sensations in the body we can move from fixity to flow. As survival energies stuck in the body get to complete and integrate slowly, one moves towards embodying more of themselves.

My own experience of these powerful modalities has been life changing which has inspired me to share this work.I am offering a safe and creative space to explore what matters to you. I trust in my clients' innate capacity to heal and navigate their life, I am there as a fellow traveller on the road.
