I am based in The Park Hypnotherapy Centre in the Nottingham city area, although I am also mobile, visiting private homes if necessary 6 days a week, from 10am till 9pm. I have worked extensively with anxiety and stress related issues, especially in the corporate area. and run stress management, and anxiety reduction sessions. My other main specialism is Hypnotherapy for weight loss and stopping smoking...I have been qualified and registered as a Hypnotherapist for just over 8 years, although I qualified as a complementary therapist over 16 years ago.
