BODYWORK is based in the Borders and have now been running successfully for a number of years. I specialise in pain management and can reduces pain and trauma in the muscles. This is done through Myofasial Release and Trigger Point Massage. I also offer Deep Tissue Massage Relaxation and Hot stone Massage, Indian Head Massage and Emotional Freedom Technique
I have done lots of advanced trainig courses through "Jing" and feel pleased to say that I have great result through my pratice. Please phone me for an informal chat or advice.
