Welcome
I am an experienced, professionally qualified sports massage therapist and am based near Dunfermline City centre. As well as Sports Massage & Remedial Massage I offer a range of more relaxing treatments such as such as reflexology and therapeutic massage. I work from my home based treatment room near the Transy area of Dunfermline.
My goal is to provide treatments tailored to the individual whether that's for sports and fitness or for one of the more relaxing treatments such as Reflexology or Therapeutic Massage.

I enjoyed a career in nursing and worked in the NHS before taking a career break to bring up my family. I am continually learning and complete regular CPD courses. As well as being a massage therapist I am a qualified Pilates Instructor.

Treatments include:
Sports Massage, Remedial Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Myofascial Release, Seated On Site Acupressure Massage and Pilates.

I regularly update my skills by attending CPD courses and am fully insured for all treatments provided. The professional bodies I have membership of are the Complementary Therapy Association and CNHC.
