Sports and Remedial Massage - to target specific muscular issues or have a full body restorative treatment using techniques such as kneading and trigger point therapy. It helps release tension, adhesions and lactic acid and benefits those involved in sports and training or those who suffer from the impact of desk-based working/gardening etc

Dust Yourself Down: signature lymphatic body scrub massage treatment - starts with dry brushing to stimulate exfoliation and shed dead skin. Skin is cleansed with hot towels followed by a full body massage scrub with products such as salts, sugars, nuts and oils.

Chinese Cupping Therapy Massage - an ancient treatment using glass cups and heat suction to draw toxins and stagnant energy, stretching the muscles and restoring wellbeing.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage - a detoxing massage working with the direction the lymphatic flow encouraging release of toxins. Specific problem areas can be addressed too.

Reflexology - a pressure point therapy aimed firstly at treating the whole person and then specific health issues. Stimulating the shoulder reflexes shown in the picture can improve the health of the shoulders.

Aromatherapy - helps release stress and anxiety and encourages muscles to relax and soothes emotions. A bespoke blend of natural organic and highly concentrated essential and base oils will achieve a positive impact on the nervous system resulting in improved health including breathing, sleep, digestion and elimination.

Reiki energy healing - to strengthen life force and energy for wellness and rebalance. The treatment is relaxing and energising resulting in enhanced wellbeing.
