Welcome to Holistic Life which offers Complementary Therapy & Beauty at Rose Cottage in my tranquil relaxing Treatment Room.
I also make home visits if preferred.
I am passionate about Reflexology, with its amazing ability to help so many conditions.I am also qualified in Maternity Reflexology for pre Conception and Pregnancy. I also use Verticle Reflex Therapy (VRT) which is powerful for assisting with injuries. I also bring in my knowledge of TCM & use of Acupressure points.
Dietary advice often complements the treatment and I hold a Nutrition Advisor's Diploma.
I offer Traditional Indian Head Massage which is a great 'stress buster' treatment, Reiki, Thermo-Auricular Therapy (Hopi Ear Candling) and Holistic Massage.
I am qualified as a Beauty Specialist, offering a range of facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures and skin & eye treatments.
I am a volunteer for Macmillan Specialist Palliative Care Service visiting patients in their homes. I hold the Certificate in Palliative Care for Complementary Therapists.
