Anita Boos began her studies in 1990, gaining a certificate in Reflexology after two years private tuition and practice in the fields of reflexology, massage, polarity and colour and sound therapy.
In 1992 she enrolled at the Australian College of Natural Healing, and over the next four years was awarded a Diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage, an advanced Certificate in Myofascial
Release Therapy and Certificates in Therapeutic Massage and Trigger point Therapy. Until January 1996, Anita managed successful therapy clinics in Australia.
Employed by the National Sports Council of Malaysia as Sports Massage Therapist to the Olympic and Commonwealth Games Gymnastics team, Anita moved to Kuala Lumpur. She was responsible for the sports therapy of the team, which subsequently went on to take a gold medal at the 1998 Commonwealth Games, and accompanied the gymnast to international events such as the 1997 World Gymnastics Championship in Berlin.
During her time in Asia, Anita also lectured and taught sports massage, and worked as sports therapist with visiting international sports teams
including the Canadian, Australian and Irish Cricket teams. In her time as a massage therapist for the sports council she treated in a variety of athletes in various disciplines.
Anita moved to London and registered with the Guild of Complementary Practitioners and opened clinics in Balham. During her time in London Anita has completed courses and gained certificates in Reiki and Metamorphic Technique.
With over a decade of training and experience in a wide range of therapies, Anita is able to help with all forms of chronic and acute pain syndromes.
