About Us

I am a menopause coach and I help make the menopause and beyond a positive transition.

I help women who may be suffering from stress or self esteem issues, or who would like to stop smoking.

The menopause is different for every woman, some find it easy some don't. For many women it is a time when they reassess themselves or maybe other things going on in their life and perhaps they need some help to do this. 

There are around 50 menopausal symptoms, and even if you are experiencing just one or a combination of symptoms, they may start having an impact on how you show up and feel everyday both your personal and work life. These may continue for many years even after you have gone through the menopause or are “postmenopausal”.

I am a qualified Hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner, and I use these, along with other things which have helped me personally through my menopause, to help make your menopause a positive transition.

All of the coaching sessions are one to one and done remotely. We talk first about what are your particular concerns, and then I provide a personalised session or sessions especially for you.
