About Us

I am a menopause coach for women and also men who may be struggling as they go through a similar phase called the andropause.

I am a registered hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner (neuro linguistic programming), Reiki Master, massage therapist and reflexologist.

The menopause is different for every woman (and man), and for many it brings with it a number of challenges which may not have been experienced before e.g. stress, anxiety, feelings of overwhelm, a loss of confidence in many everyday situations and sometimes even self-esteem issues. These may be things which have not been a problem previously, but now have an impact on work life, personal life or both.

I use a combination of the disciplines I have learnt, along with things which have helped me personally through my menopause, to help make your menopause a positive transition.

Consultations can be done either remotely or in-person, and are designed especially for your individual needs.

~ I go into businesses/groups to raise awareness of the menopause and help with the introduction of menopause polices and provide ongoing support for staff.
~ I also do one to one coaching for employees/private individuals.
