Hi my name is Kim, I am a qualified holistic practitioner with almost 20 years experience, with a passion for authentic ancient treatments such as Reiki and Reflexology. As someone who has always been interested in the benefits of alternative therapies, I am fascinated by the way that they can help individuals to heal and feel balanced.

Before I trained to become a Reflexologist I had to firstly qualify in Holistic Massage. It was during this period that I discovered Reiki and was instantly hooked. To this day I am still blown away by this powerful but yet subtle life force energy.

Reiki and Reflexology are my two favourite treatments to give and to receive, and I am still in awe of their enigmatic effects.
