Deep tissue and remedial massage for individuals who wish to relieve chronic muscle pain and stiffness often caused by injury and/or tension and stress. Treatment releases constricted and restricted muscles, allowing greater freedom of movement and improving muscle health. It has the added benefit of enhancing the elimination of toxins from the body and increasing blood flow, producing a feeling of well being and deep relaxation whilst helping the system to de-tox and re-energise. Where necessary Soft Tissue Release, Muscle Energy Techniques and effective stretching techniques are incorporated into the treatment to enhance movement in muscles around a joint. Treatments are tailored to an individual’s specific need. 1st consultation is 1 1/4 hrs and 1 hr thereafter.
