I work with clients whose fear or negative head chatter is exhausting them or making their life stressful or miserable. Maybe the fear of presenting or speaking to groups leaves them feeling sick or causes them to lose sleep. Anxiety, panic, or overthinking may be wearing them down or leaving them frazzled.
Using a blend of hypnosis and other talking therapies, including CBT and NLP, I help you to change your self-talk and adopt better stress management strategies so that you can enjoy life more and do the things you want to do.
I offer a friendly, non-judgemental environment whether we are working via Zoom or face to face so that you will feel safe to share your concerns and work with me to overcome your issue. In my experience change doesn’t need to be a lengthy or distressing process, however complex your back story. My aim is to work with you to achieve positive results in the shortest possible time. I'll also teach you self-help techniques that you can use whenever you need them.
Hypnotherapy is a form of talking therapy that incorporates hypnosis. When we begin the therapy sessions we'll start with a chat about the outcome you want from working with me and where you are now. We'll then work together so you can reach that goal. Hypnotherapy is an effective way of bringing about change and most people find it very pleasant and relaxing.
I’m an experienced, advanced Solution-focused hypnotherapist, an Ericksonian therapist, and a CBT and NLP practitioner with thousands of hour’s client experience. In addition, I'm a clinical supervisor for other hypnotherapists. Most importantly, I love using my therapy skills with clients who want to overcome fears, increase their self-esteem or stop unhelpful patterns.
