I have been a Holistic Therapist since 2009. My passion is helping people live healthy & happy lives and to help them heal themselves through re-balancing their energy, detoxifying and relaxing their body.

I am a Reflexologist, Massage therapist (including Lifting Facial Massage) and Reiki Master. I also hold Diplomas in Ear Candling and Kinesiology. I have a treatment room in my home in Prestwood, Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire but also have the ability to be mobile should you require it.

I have a specialist interest in chronic Migraines/ Headaches, Hormone imbalances and sleep problems have successfully treated many people to help alleviate their symptoms.

I work with all my different therapies to help balance your whole body and enable it to heal itself. Often, when we are ill or get aches & pains, it is a symptom of a 'dis-ease' in your body. This may be caused by an imbalance in the energy field surrounding you (sometimes called your 'aura'). The aches, pains and illness are in many cases the physical manifestation of an energetic imbalance.

As a Holistic Therapist, I aim to help to relieve any physical symptoms as well as re-align any energetic imbalances that may be causing problems.

Healing energetic imbalances & blocks within the body can also work in a protective manner to prevent physical symptoms & illnesses manifesting, helping you to remain healthy and well in body, mind and spirit.
