About Us

Witnessing at first hand the stresses and strains placed on our minds and bodies by stress, illness and injury inspired me to retrain as a Therapist, qualifying with ITEC (Embody) in 2002. I am aware that the benefits of massage apply to all: young or old, healthy or otherwise. Even more serious conditions like arthritis, MS, Parkinsons etc can benefit.

I use a variety of techniques including Myofascial Release (Jing-trained), Trigger Point Therapy, STR, Deep Tissue and Remedial Swedish. Massage soothes away troubles, leaving you relaxed, calm, with a wonderful sense of well-being. An Aromatherapy treatment adds extra benefit, enveloping you in a healing, balancing, fragrant cocoon: leaving you energised and invigorated.
