Full Body or Back/Neck/Shoulders massage: an invigorating treatment to boost circulation and energy levels.

Aromatherapy massage to iron out achy stress points. Bask in the cocoon of your favourite aroma and emerge ready to face the world again!

Post-exercise soothing massage to disperse that burning feeling from overdoing the workout. Some deep-tissue work will help muscles recover, but my treatments can be without the pain of a ‘sports massage’. I utilise myofascial release, deep tissue and trigger-point techniques where appropriate.

Indian head massage can be carried out with essential oil (eg Rosemary for hair and scalp condition), or instead with a little body powder on your neck so your de-stress treatment doesn’t leave your head oily!

Aromatherapy Facial using a nourishing base oil such as Jojoba or Coconut, with essential oils such as Rose for or dry/mature skin, Rosemary - oily skin or Lemon Balm for skin balancing. Finish with pure Rose Water to remove any oil residue, and a daytime moisturiser (AHAVA).

Neal's Yard Remedies Facial using this wonderful range of skincare products to cleanse, massage and tone. Add a Mask treatment if you like, and finish with a hydrating boost of Serum/Moisturiser. The products are also available to purchase.

Therapeutic Holistic massage, with or without Aromatherapy, will help all sorts of conditions from stress to arthritis as well as more critical conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone disease, back pain, frozen shoulder. Massage is very helpful for injury rehabilitation, especially as a follow-on once your physio course finishes.
