Sara Colautti is an experienced, passionate and caring Massage therapist from Italy, qualified in Thailand and the UK.
Since 2006 while Sara lived in Byron Bay, Australia, she became interested in alternative medicine, yoga, meditation and massage, where she started practising massage instinctively with friends.
A year later, she went to Thailand, spending time mostly in the north. She came across one of the world’s oldest healing modalities known as Thai massage, which incorporates a traditional acupressure combination, energy meridian work, and yoga-like stretching.
Thai massage is based on the Eastern theory related to Ayurvedic principles and the Chinese meridians system linked through an intricate network of energy lines and acupressure points. This system stimulates and relaxes the client’s mind and body, promoting the natural healing process.
After receiving many massages, she started a colourful journey of transformation, which took her to learn at the International Training Massage school of Chiang Mai, spending few years where she has been practising and studying the therapeutic style of Thai massage with Master Thai massage and teacher Sinchai Sukparset, experiencing yoga, meditation and the power of touch.
In 2009 she came to the United Kingdom, where in 2010, she completed her Diploma in Holistic Swedish massage, Sports Massage, Anatomy and Physiology in London.
Since then, she works as a Massage Therapist. Sara incorporates western and eastern approaches to provide a unique experience using different techniques and intuition to treat her clients.
Sara is a member of the Complementary Therapist Association and fully insured.
