Energy healing is non invasive, it works on the basis that all living organisms are surrounded by an Aura that vibrates at different rates. The Aura is very sensitive and is made up of a variety of these different frequencies and colours which change on a daily basis as a result of whatever is going on in our personal world. How we think, feel and experience things has affect on the Aura, as does other people's energy thoughts and emotions as well as what we encounter on a daily basis.
By channelling a higher frequency of light into the energy field the Aura can vibrate at an optimum level and bring about a state of harmony and balance.
Crystal Healing works on the same principle as the energy healing the only difference is that the crystals act as catalysts, they are a tool for the healing energy. Crystals have different properties and abilities and can be used heal situations and environments as well as offering emotional, mental and spiritual support.Crystals can calm, re-energize and uplift as well as clear old and redundant energy that may linger in the Auric field. Crystals can assist in helping this new energy to come in and encourage a transformation to begin by clearing the energy field and raising its vibrations so that it resonates at a conducive level for well being and harmony.
In addition to one to one private healing sessions Sallyann offers: Distant healing and she runs a Mandala healing workshop one saturday per month. This is a day of creativity, meditation and healing, open to anyone who wants to explore their creativity, express their true inner self and begin a process of change and transformation.
