 <p>In Reflexology, the bodies organs are mapped out on the feet hands or ears.

 These reflex points are worked treating the client. The pressure used is firm and not ticklish.

Metamorphic Technique (very subtle yet powerful treatment which is deeply relaxing 

and empowering, I also incorporate Chi Reflexology techniques (combination of 

acupressure and Reflexology)in my work.


Reiki is Japanese for Universal energy. This therapy uses the energy that is all around us and can be used for physical, emotional mental or spiritual problems. It is deeply empowering and leaves one with a great sense of calm.


Indian Head Massage is great for improving poor blood flow to the head and neck area, especially those who work in offices and with computers for long periods of time.

I charge £40 an hour for Reflexology and Indian Head massage £35 for Reiki, full health consultation given.  

 Half hour taster sessions are available for any one wishing to try Reflexology £25
 and Indian Head massage £20 for Reiki
