Val has worked for The Haven Centre, Blantyre for 15 years. The centre works with life-limiting conditions.
Home visits are also frequent.
In the centre she provides Reiki, Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Indian Head Massage and a seated Yoga class.
Also works with Lymphoedema through movement and stretching (Tripudio).
Works with Glasgow Assoc for Mental Health (Mindfulness & therapies), Red Arc and privately.
