I utilize the gentle, simple,
yet extremely effective energy techniques of
EFT and Reiki in treatments tailored to work to your unique, individual
requirements. They not only offer relief from symptoms but
also an
improved standard of general health, vitality and relaxation. They
address not
just the physical body but the emotions, mind and spirit as well. These
treatments are not invasive or aggressive like many modern drugs and
procedures. They can be used in their own right or utilised in
combination with
conventional medical treatments. You do not need to be ill to use them
as they
can be used as a preventative means to help you to maintain optimal
health.

My speciality is female
hormonal imbalances and the
use of
EFT to help deal with the hormonal ‘tizzy' that can accompany
puberty and menopause
and those PMS
times in between. I am the author of "Menopause

use of EFT for improving the control of diabetes.

I also offer monthly/bi-monthly
Reiki Workshops,
available
at Levels 1, 2 and Masters. The Reiki that I use and teach is an
integrated
approach between the Western Tradition Reiki of Mrs Takata and her
Master/Teachers and the Japanese techniques which we now know to be
very close
to what Usui Sensei actually taught to his students in the early 20th
century.
This creates a harmonious approach to Reiki in the 21st century. I have
been
teaching Reiki since January 2001 and completed further Masters
training in the
original Usui Japanese techniques in January 2006.
I am available to give
talks and demonstrations to any interested
groups.
