About Us

I am a fully accredited solution-based counselling practitioner and mental health social worker with over 15 years of experience working within the NHS. I currently work in one of the UK's leading mother and baby units for women experiencing perinatal and postal mental illness.

Alongside my continuing NHS role, I run a private practice specialising in perinatal mental health, suicide prevention, and crisis intervention and management. I have advanced skills in Compassion Focused, Acceptance Commitment, and Cognitive Behavioural approaches. Patients I work with have struggled with anxiety, depression, OCD, and perinatal conditions. I also provide support to those with a diagnosis of ADHD or autism struggling with mental health.

As a training consultant, I work in partnership with the Cambridge Medical Academy. I am responsible for the writing and delivery of mental health training programmes to medics and healthcare staff globally.

I also provide mental health consultancy services for international corporate organisations through Psychological Coaching LTD. I work predominantly with individuals struggling with work-related stress and performance.
