I qualified back in 2000 with a distinction in Advanced sports therapy . I trained at Skelmersdale college and then Wigan and lea college.
I have qualifications in personal training/ diet and nutrition.
I provide hot stones massage, Indian head massage , Hopi ear candles, reflexology. I work in Longton and recently moved to Halsall .
