Sound healing for many people can promote relaxation, stress management and personal development. It helps you take time out, press pause, and focus on what you need.
It is all too easy to overlook our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing while just getting on with work and other everyday essentials. The coronavirus pandemic has also placed so many of us in "cope" mode.
Sound healing, using singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other instruments, creates waves of sound that help you reduce your mind's chatter. Every sound healing experience is different and reflects where you are at the time. The experience can help you:
• feel more calm through quietening a busy mind
• ease physical tension and pain
• reduce or release emotional pressure
Sound healing gently supports the mind and body to be more open to understanding, connecting to and processing current and historic emotions, mindsets and experiences.
Whatever you want to work on in your session, I will use my skills as a sound healer, and where appropriate and with your agreement, my counselling and therapeutic massage skills and understandings, to support your process.
Appointments are well spaced throughout the day and can be up to 90 minutes, allowing plenty of time before and after the sound healing so you get the most from your session.
Sound healing works well online and in person. I have provided many successful sessions over Zoom and Skype. Please email me to find out more about me and sound healing or to arrange an appointment.
