About Us

I am a Baby Massage Instructor through IAIM (International Association of Infant massage)and I teach parents to massage their babies either on a 1:1 or group basis (prices vary accordingly, please see my website). This can be in their homes or at another venue anywhere in a 5 mile radius of Ipswich, Suffolk. As well as learning the skill of how to massage their baby which can help to relieve colic and improve bodily functions and sleep patterns for the baby, it also promotes bonding and relaxation. There is also time to discuss concerns and provide parental support over a cup of tea.
Toddle Talk is a sign language class for parents and their infants aged 0-3 yrs old and I charge £4 per family, you and your infant will learn signs each week using familiar songs and nursery ryhmes. It is a fun activity to do with your child/children and can ease the frustration of not knowing what they are trying to tell you, when they are still learning to speak clearly. As a babies motor skills and hand movements are developed more quickly than their speech, they can soon pick up key words to tell you what they are getting excited or upset about.
The Classes are a Wednesday 10.30am at Alan Road Methodist Church; Friday 1.45pm and also 3pm at Ravenswood Childrens Centre and from Feb 2012 Tuesdays at 10am at Buttons and Bows Nursery, Chantry, all currently in Ipswich, Suffolk.
