I am Holistic Advisor at Pregnancy Baby and You magazine, and wrote Guidelines for Complementary Therapies & Infertility & Assisted conception for Infertility Network UK. My Pregnancy Massage uses a specially designed prenatal couch that allows you to safely lie on your front and I can combine my therapies to suit your needs. This massage has been recommended in pregnancy magazines and in Vogue's best treatment list. Our Women's Health or Fertility Consultations provide a plan of action for your circumstances, covering nutritional and lifestyle guidelines, exploring the emotional aspects that contribute to or are created by women's health conditions. I then use Aromatherapy, (Pregnancy Massage, Maternity Reflexology), Reflexology, Craniosacral Therapy, Visveral Manipulation to rebalance and relax you. I have studied with Niravi Payne pioneer in mind body dynamics in fertility issues and am a qualified Whole Person Fertility Counsellor. Conditions I often work inlcude, PCOS, Fibroids, Endometriosis, Fertility, Preconceptual Care, Pregnancy, Menopause, Pregnancy Loss, Miscarriage & support during Assisted Conception programmes, IVF,IUI,ICSI.
