Terms and conditions

1. Treatment must be taken by 31st April 2011.

2. Offer is on a £5 discount on health and beauty treatment subject to availability.

3. The value of the treatment must be over £20.

4. Treatments vary from salon to salon.

5. When booking your treatment please state you will be using the Woman's Own £5 discount voucher.

6. You will need to present your Embody voucher. Photocopies will not be accepted.

7. Offer applies to the most expensive treatment only.

8. The salon reserves the right to refuse treatment for any reasons.

9. Enquire with the salon/therapist you are visiting to ensure that the treatments you have chosen are suitable for you.

10. Treatments are undertaken at your own risk.

11. The general terms and conditions of the relevant beauty salon will also apply, please contact the therapist directly.

12. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. They are not transferable and have no cash alternative.

13. The promoter, their agents or the venues accept no responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers.

14. The Promoter and Embody will not be responsible if any establishment breaches its contract, refuses to accept vouchers, or withdraws from the promotion due to unforeseen circumstances such as acts of God, fire, casualties, strikes or other events beyond its control however we will attempt to secure compliance.
