The aim of a Personal Trainer is to provide a one to one service that will initially test the level of your fitness assessing your strengths and weaknesses. Once a conclusion is reached a fitness programme adapted to your specific needs will be prepared. The trainer will teach and supervise you whilst performing these exercises at regular intervals.
A Personal Trainer may be employed to help with a specific injury that has affected the muscle tone and strength as well as general fitness. This treatment is normally costed by the duration of the session. The frequency of the sessions is discussed between the Trainer and the client and will be organised according to the needs of the individual.
