It is unrealistic to think all stress can be removed from a person's life. In fact, this would be a bad thing.
Stress management treatments usually work on counselling clients so they are able to identify the main stress factors in their life, remove which ones they can and then how best to deal with the others.
Basic stress massage treatments involve short 15-minute routines that work over the client's clothing and concentrate on the scalp, head, neck, shoulders and upper back. This type of routine can easily be administered in most locations with the client sitting. While leaving the client relaxed they should also be refreshed and invigorated and able to carry on their normal daily activities.
