About Us

I’m Claudia Macchini, I have been a massage therapist for over 15 years. My knowledge and experience combines with an instinctive nature that enables me to tailor treatments to the specific requirements of my clients using a combination of different techniques with a holistic approach.

Emphasising on stretching, trigger points, mobilisations and soft tissue release; together we work on techniques that can help with rehabilitation of injuries as well as recognising factors contributing to the development of imbalances and unhealthy patterns. I also offer massage for relaxation and lymphatic drainage, a valuable treatment that can be combined with detoxing programs, nutritional and exercise advice.

My client base is diverse, from pregnant mums, to sports people, sedentary workers, professional dancers, and people with specific injuries or occupational issues.

I am constantly refreshing my skills through study, workshops and further qualifications the benefits of which I pass onto my clients. Our busy lives of today leaves us with a lot of tension in the body, however if we work on releasing that tension through massage therapy, we can change those imbalances.
