I'm Cat, otherwise known as The Hormone Fairy. I work with women in their 40's and 50's struggling with Hormones and Peri Menopause, Anxiety and Depression.

An experienced Homeopath, Nutritionist, Healer and Health Coach. It's my experience in these alternative therapies that allow me to give you a holistic approach to the peri menopause that a doctor can't. For years my passion has been working with women like you who are struggling with the peri-menopause and the menopausal symptoms, who don't feel in control of their health, hormones and well-being. My skills and training means I'm uniquely placed to guide you on how to survive the Menopause naturally and holistically, as well as offering Hormone Testing to give you an accurate picture.

My appointments can be online via telephone or video call, or at my clinic locally in the Milton Keynes and Leighton Buzzard area. I also offer nutrition products and Crystal and Reiki Healing. And organise Menopause Meet-ups.
