About Us

Ayurveda is a holistic medicinal system with its roots in ancient India which has been practiced for more than 5000 years. It literally translates as AYUH (meaning life) and VEDA (meaning science) making it the Science of Life.

Its aim is to bring the body into balance with nature through massage, diet, herbs, yoga and lifestyle. Through these 5 approaches many ailments are treated, such as:-
*High/Low blood pressure
*circulatory problems
*skin disorders (psoriasis, eczema, acne etc)
*eye strain
*joint stiffness or swellings/oedema
*poor immunity
*insomnia, lack of concentration/poor memory
*sinus, hayfever
*phlegmatic, bronchial, mucus conditions

Treatments offered are:
~ Massages using warm oils to suit your body constitution and treat specific ailments or imbalances.

~ Scrubs, pastes and herbal decoctions/oils freshly prepared and tailor-made for your unique combination of body type and treatment needs.

~ Tailor-made treatment plan incorporating all 5 approaches of Ayurveda drawn up for you to follow. Support and follow-up treatments are available 7 days a week.
